THIRD CONSTRUCTION PHASE
The positive development in the Innovation Park Allschwil-Basel has resulted in great demand for rental space in the innovative environment. Now that the project community 47 working group (Arge-Projektgemeinschaft 47) has completed the first three buildings of Project 47 for Suva in two stages, preparations are underway for the third stage.

The plan is to build the five-story building B2 with a total of 3,700 m² of office and laboratory space as well as extend the existing parking options by 25 spaces in the multi-storey carpark and 34 above-ground parking spaces.

All the buildings have pedestrian access via the boulevard, which also connects them to one another.

EXPANSION OPTIONS
Provisions are already in place for future growth of the site. If required, the land to the north can be developed and built on in the next few years.
